Estonian Women’s Associations Roundtable (EWAR) Leadership Structure
Every part of the Roundtable is represented by a delegated individual for a set length of time.
Members of the Roundtable elect among them the Chairperson and two Vice-Chairpersons for a term of one year.
The Chairperson prepares the meetings and chairs them; informs the public of the Roundtable’s decisions and sees to the decisions’ implementation.
The Roundtable’s Executive Committee coordinates activities, helps to prepare materials for decisions and announcements and assists the Chairperson in the preparation for meetings.
The Executive Committee’s members are the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairpersons, the General Secretary, EWAR’s representative at EWL and her Alternate, and the leaders of work groups.
Estonian Women's Associations Rountable Foundation is established to maintain EWAR's continuity, provide technical assistance, and to correspond with international organizations.
